Stephanie was absolutely wonderful today. She is knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. She gave me a variety of recommendations based off my prescription and style preferences. She was friendly and did not rush me. She made the glasses search and checkout process seamless. She genuinely made the visit memorable and positive.

Finally found comfortable sunglasses for low bridge. I’m very particular about my sunglasses and these are very comfortable. Lenses don’t touch my cheek, stylish and reasonably priced. Ordered the Rhea style polarized. Customer service was excellent.

I had to change my review. 10 working days after I placed my order with Warby Parker, I called to check on my order and it has not even been started. Apparently the technician forgot to include PD measurements. No one called to let me know. When I spoke with the manager, all they could offer was expedited processing for roughly another 10 days. I did cancel my order for $1200 worth of glasses. Warby Parker do better. Warby Parker at La Cantera has excellent service! I was able to use my insurance and the people were over the top friendly. It was not even crowded! Great selection of glasses!
