Walnut Vision Care- Las Ola

Carolyn helped me today and she was so kind and fun to talk to! She answered all my questions and was very patient with me. Her colleagues Brooke and Steven were also super kind and it felt like talking to friends. On top of that I left with an elegant pair of sunglasses. 😎

I had an incredible experience at the Warby Parker on Las Olas! My partner and I went in looking for new frames, and Caroline, Kathy, and Brooke were absolutely wonderful. They were so patient and helpful, specifically making sure we found the perfect styles and the correct sizes for our faces. They turned what can sometimes be a chore into a really fun afternoon. We both walked out incredibly happy with our choices. If you’re in the area, I highly recommend this store!! The team and the products are top-tier!!!

I had a wonderful experience during my recent visit to Warby Parker. From the moment I arrived, the entire environment felt welcoming, pleasant and highly organized. My advisor, Kathy was absolutely outstanding. She was professional, knowledgeable and extremely helpful as she guided me through the selection process. Her excellent service made me feel completely comfortable and confident in the choices I made. I highly recommend this location and will definitely return for my future eyewear needs.

Amazing people and technology. Loved everything from the frame options to the staff. Josee, David, Dr. Pajer, everyone made it an exceptional experience. I’m a big baby with anything near my eye and they were very patient, informative and the technology made it painless, special thanks to Josee for walking me through how one of the devices tested eye pressure, in the end it simply felt like blinking but I was so scared and wouldn’t have been able to do it without her. Great location, highly recommend it.

So beyond helpful! We were warmly greeted by three associates that immediately welcomed us in, and offered their assistance. I wasn’t used to this, since coming from Boston, as we would have to actively seek out help from those associates. No shade, but it’s the honest truth. Might be a culture thing, but alas! Now, back to this location: Caroline performed “surgery” (haha) on my glasses and to my surprise, she (my glasses) was able to resurrected — huge success in my book. She was super honest and knowledgeable about the glasses and what realistic support they could offer. It was great schmoozing with her as she revived (LOL) my glasses, and also tightened the arms of three more frames we brought in. 10/10 experience and will most definitely be back to get another pair soon!
