i had an amazing experience from start to finish!! loved my frames and they were affordable even with my prescription, amazing staff!! paid the expedited shipping on tuesday and thursday afternoon my glasses were on my doorstep!! shoutout to harrison, he was great- knowledgeable, kind, super willing to help, personable and happy to be there when i came in to adjust my frames!! if you’re not coming to warby parker princeton for your glasses needs, what are you doing??

i’ve been a customer at this store for the past four years. I’ve had a great experience buying frames and lenses from them in one instance when I received the glasses the prescription seemed off. I went back to the store. They remeasured my pupillary distance and discovered it did not match the lenses. They immediately resent the glasses out to be repaired for no cost. I think they have a great selection of frames. Anyone should be able to find something that looks good. Their sales associates are very knowledgeable and friendly. Most recently I had a pair of their glasses that were approximately five months old. My prescription changed. I brought my frames in to see how I could get them updated and they informed me that they would do it at no cost because I was within the time window. Great customer service. I highly recommend this store.

The eye exam was incredibly thorough - the doctor took the time to explain every step in detail and made thoughtful, personalized suggestions for my prescription. I also had a great experience choosing frames; the staff guided me patiently and helped me find a style that truly suited me. Overall an excellent visit from start to finish!

It was my second time getting glasses here, and I couldn't be more pleased. The staff was helpful and friendly, but not breathing down your neck, and let you look and try without bothering you every two minutes. They offered honest opinions when I was deciding between two different styles. I went outside my vision plan because I was so pleased with the glasses I had gotten from them two year before. It is more out of pocket for me, but worth every penny. Great styles, decdent prices, and great staff!
