⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an exceptional experience at Warby Parker at Perimeter Mall, and it’s all thanks to Rachel. From the moment I walked in, she was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. She took the time to answer all of my questions, promptly made the repairs needed, and never made me feel rushed or pressured. She truly went above and beyond to provide the absolute best customer service. Outstanding customer service like Rachel’s is hard to find these days. She made the entire visit enjoyable, and it’s because of employees like her that I’ll continue to visit Warby Parker at Perimeter Mall. Thank you, Rachel, for such a fantastic experience!

From the very second I entered the store to the last moments I left someone was there to walk me through every step of the way. I was greeted by two employees, and they made The check in process very seemless. From there the two individuals including the doctor were very efficient. I even had my 3 year old son with me and all the employees there from the back of house to the front made him feel welcomed and included him in the process. When I finished the exam, again everyone in the lobby was helpful and efficient. As someone who has been wearing glasses since 3rd grade, I’ve had many eye exams and been to many offices over the years and this was a complete breath of fresh air, a whole new experience from any other. The time was cut in half, I wasn’t in the office for 3+ hours and I didn’t have to spend $600+ on mediocre glasses. The price of glasses has always deterred me as an adult to get new ones and I’ve always pushed the limit on my glasses until they just fall apart because I can’t afford another $600 bill so now after this experience I’m no longer afraid financially to keep up with my prescription with Warby Parker. I am Warby Parker for life and will be shouting it from the roof tops to all my friends. Thank you to EVERYONE at the Perimeter Mall location in Atlanta Georgia. My dad has been praising Warby Parker and not I have joined in as well! Thank you. Thank you, thank you Perimeter Mall team!!

This place is amazing, the best customer experience of my fairly long life, I wish there was a way to give them more stars. When I visited the Perimeter Mall store, I was warmly greater by a employee (I wish I could remember her name to give her kudos). It was a very friendly interaction without any pressure. I was invite to check out all the frames on my own and ask for help if needed. I took me maybe 20 minutes to find the frames I liked best (they had several great options to choose from) and she was complimentary of my choice and explained why it was a good option for my sight needs and shape of face. I gave her my prescription from my optometrist, she took a few measurements and that was it. She walked me through a few add-on options but explained they weren't necessary for my situation. So nice to actually be helped instead of hearing a pressure-packed upsell pitch for something I obviously don't need. Was told it could take up to two weeks to receive my glasses but explained it probably wouldn't take that long. The glasses arrived four days later. They look great, feel strong, lens were perfectly crafted and the case they came with is top notch. I GOT ALL OF THIS, GREAT GLASSES AND EXPERIENCE FOR $95 (with tax). I am never getting glasses anywhere else!!!

All four of the staff members I spoke with today were absolutely wonderful. The optician was patient, listened, explained things to me and took her time to get my prescription right. Another staff member took her time helping me find the frames I needed and was really kind and patient and helped me pick two pairs of that I love. You guys have a great team :) Thank you!!!

I had the pleasure of working with Terrance at the Perimeter Mall store. Terrance assisted my wife and me with our lenses and was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the process of selecting frames and reviewing plan options. One feature I would love to see from Warby Parker is the ability for customers to fully customize their glasses online — for example, selecting frame styles, front colors, rim colors, and other personalized design options. I believe this would allow people to better express their authentic selves through their eyewear while still maintaining a reasonable price point. This has been a yearly recommendation that I have shared with Warby Parker and other optical care providers. Hopefully, one day a company will move forward with this idea and create a truly customizable eyewear experience for customers.
