Subject: Great Customer Service Location: Palm Beach Gardens Mall Mr. Andre I had an incredible experience at LensCrafters thanks to Andre! I walked in soaking wet from the pouring rain, stressed because I broke my glasses on my very first day back to school. The second I stepped inside, Andre greeted me warmly and immediately set my mind at ease, saying, "Don't worry, I can assist you with that."I told him I wanted a completely new look—something gorgeous with a pop of color instead of my usual style. Andre smiled and said, "I got you, ma'am!" He spent about an hour talking with me, tracked down my prescription from my doctor's office, and helped me find the perfect pair of glasses. He was so polite, friendly, and patient. Even though it was storming outside, I felt like the sun was shining when I left. I am so proud of my new glasses and incredibly grateful for Andre's outstanding customer service! Thank you, Pamela Bergman

Amazing. Still can’t believe what just happened. Fast service. Knowledgeable and personable sales person Marko handled my glasses order like a pro. In fact every member of the store staff we interacted with was very friendly and helpful. My wife went in for an adjustment on her glasses and while I was waiting I went shopping. Found the frames I liked and Marko handled the rest. In and out in less than 30 mins. Highly recommend.

⸻ The staff at this location is incredibly welcoming. I come in often to get my frames adjusted, and I’m always treated with kindness and care. Recently, I got a new pair of lenses, and Erica truly went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Even with a last-minute call, she made the process seamless and stress-free while helping replace my lenses. Marko was also very accommodating and supportive throughout the entire experience. They both exceeded my expectations. My lenses are perfect! The customer service here is outstanding, and what stood out most was their patience and dedication to making sure all my needs were met. I will always return to this location because of their exceptional service. Thank you, Erica and Marko!

I wish I could give them 0 stars. We went in there to get glasses. We were wearing athletic wear. No one approached us or said "we will be with in moment". I understand that they were all helping people when we first walked in. We were in there for 15 minutes, and older gentleman walked in casually dressed, and instantly an employee said, have you been helped. I told my husband let's go. We went to the Macy's Lens Crafter, much more helpful and we were greeted as soon as we walked in.

I shared with Dina that I broke a pair of eyeglasses and she was so sweet and took a lot of time and effort to make sure she fixed them. She was patient and didn’t make it feel like a burden to help. So sweet! Andre was also very helpful in making sure everything was taken care of. Wonderful and helpful individuals with great personalities! Thank you :)
