Warby Parker-Andersonville

Had the best experience at Warby Parker yesterday. Went there for the first time to get some new eyeglasses and the whole process was super easy and efficient. It would have been quicker, but I spent some time looking at all the great frames. The store associates made the whole experience easy by helping navigate not only how the store is organized, but also with the process of getting new frames. They were super friendly and chill - very knowledgeable and not overbearing at all. Will absolutely use WP for new glasses going forward. Highly recommend this location on Clark Street in Andersonville.

Good vibes in this location. Our helper Venus was friendly without being sales-focused, explained everything really well, and helped us find good options. She was super patient and helped us make good style choices that we liked. Overall the selection of frames was really nice, although we wished they had more extra-wide frames, but we both found glasses we love.

The staff and doctor I saw were so lovely and so nice. One of their team members had a medical emergency while I was getting my exam and while helping their coworker the other staff continued to check on me, update me, and once things had resolved they still finished my exam and helped me find frames and order my first pair of glasses. 10/10 everyone was so sweet, and I hope their coworker feels better so soon!!

The ideal shopping experience. I was greeted when stepping into the store and provided information about how the associates could assist if I had any questions. I was then able to browse the collection independently until I was ready to select a style for purchase. The checkout process was super easy and I was able to chat with the associate assisting me about Chicago and the arts. If looking to try Warby Parker frames or pick-up a new pair in person, I highly recommend this location.

Very attractive shop with a pleasant staff. The online scheduling process was fast and easy, and the staff couldn't be nicer. All very polite and courteous. The frames are nicely displayed on the walls and they have a terrific selection of stylish choices. The optometrist who did my eye exam was efficient and courteous also and made me feel very comfortable. And the service and product are very reasonably priced. 100% recommend.
