The team at this location was absolutely fantastic. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a smile and immediately made to feel welcome. Julie was incredible in helping me find the perfect pair of glasses, and although I can’t remember everyone’s names, it was clear this was a true team effort. Multiple team members jumped in to help, and their teamwork, professionalism, and genuine kindness were so impressive. A 10/10 experience—I highly recommend the South End location!

I had an amazing experience at Warby Parker. The service was top-tier from start to finish. Brandon Knott is truly the best—he worked with me over multiple days to make sure I found the exact frames I wanted at the perfect price point. He was patient, knowledgeable, and really took the time to understand what fit both my face and personal style, while also making sure I got everything I needed in my lenses. Julie was fantastic as well—she made sure my order was accurate and double-checked every detail to ensure everything was perfect before I left. That level of care and attention really stood out. Overall, an excellent experience. I’d absolutely recommend this location and would love to work with Brandon and Julie again.

I’ve always had a good experience here. Wanted to note that the optician does take a lunch break which means that some services are unavailable during that time, like eye glasses repairs. Not sure what time their lunch break starts but it ends at 2:50. Also not sure if it’s the same time everyday or not. So if you’re needing the optician, I would recommend calling before you go. When I did get my glasses serviced, the optician was so incredibly kind to me. My glasses were messed up after a car accident. It really meant a lot. 🩷

Needed to get sunglasses adjusted after purchasing online. They came well out of sorts. The adjustment was completed perfectly. I have been a Warby Parker customer since before they went to the box stores. Never disappointed!

I went to Warby Parker Antherton Mill to try on my glasses, the reason I picked this location was because they have the style I need: Dex and Saul. It was a busy day there but the staff were very friendly and helpful. I liked both frames but he (sorry I didn’t get your name) asked me to try on and pointed out the most important thing that I have missed: I need a lighter frame because of low bridge! I ended up with Saul for my progressives and Blount for my computer, both very light frames and fits me very well. Thank you!
