Warby Parker - Avenue West Cobb

There are so many great things about this store! The facility is very clean, there’s a great selection of both eyeglasses and sunglasses, and plenty of lens options to choose from. However, what really made the experience exceptional was the associate who helped me, Jason. Jason was incredibly friendly, helpful, patient, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. With Jason’s help, I was able to find the perfect pair of glasses and sunglasses, and I couldn’t be happier with my choices! The family members who came with me were so impressed by the experience that they now want to come back and shop here themselves- largely because of how wonderful Jason was. Thank you so much for all your help, Jason! You made what can sometimes be an overwhelming process genuinely enjoyable. I’ll definitely be recommending this store to others!

I have not yet received my frames but wanted to comment on the service in the store. It's very clean and well lit. The staff greets you immediately, yet gives you room to breathe depending on your needs. Once my exam was complete... which was great by the way, I was handed off the sales staff. Alex was the rep who assisted me. He was patient, knowledgeable and friendly. His timing was perfect, knowing when to let you cook and when to step in when you needed guidance. Glad I came here, I think you should as well. I will update this with my frames review once they arrive.

Very nice and helpful. They were able to get me glasses that fit with my prescription; two other stores could not. Super quick and easy process. I'm usually willing to spend $600+ on glasses, but I know I got the right pair for half that here.

Best experience at an eye dr in decades. It was such an easy process, the eye dr was super nice and listened to me, the staff was friendly and attentive and helpful in picking out my frames and understanding pricing and insurance. I will definitely be going back!

I had an amazing experience at Warby Parker after my daughter’s appointment. From the moment we walked in, the staff was friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful. They took their time making sure she felt comfortable, explained everything clearly, and helped her find the perfect frames without rushing the process. The customer service was outstanding—professional, personable, and very kid-friendly. The store was clean, organized, and had a great selection of styles. My daughter left smiling, confident, and excited about her new glasses, and that’s everything to me. I’m giving Warby Parker a 10/10 because they made what could have been a stressful experience feel easy, efficient, and enjoyable. Highly recommend!
