Warby Parker carries an excellent selection of frames and the total price of glasses is very reasonable. Salespeople in the store are both knowledgeable and helpful. I've gotten my glasses there for years and have been very satisfied.

The atmosphere was great, the Customer Service was on point, I found just what I was looking for, the young lady that helped me was very knowledgeable about my prescription and helped me to choose the right lenses for me. I am so sorry I didn't get her name. Either way I pray that she continues to be her kind sweet self, and the Optometrist was also very kind. I had a very pleasant experience. I will be returning for some cool sunglasses in the near future;)
Extremely disappointed with the quality and the customer service at Warby Parker. I bought a pair of sunglasses that began scratching within a year of normal wear. When I took them in to see about replacing the damaged lenses with standard non-prescription ones, I was told their 'system' doesn't allow it. Apparently, they can’t put non-prescription lenses into frames that originally had a prescription, even though it's the exact same frame. My only choice? Pay $200 for new prescription lenses I don’t even want. A total waste of money and a bizarre policy that makes it impossible to repair your own glasses.
Came in for some new frames. Calder was super helpful, patient, attentive to what I was asking, knew the stock well, and had a great eye (the dude is stylish)... nudged me toward some frames I hadn't considered that I actually ended up loving. 10/10.
Everyone I interacted with was kind, warm, knowledgeable, and welcoming. From start to finish, it was a wonderful experience, and I appreciated the recommendations I received. I loved my overall experience and the Associate who worked with me gave such great insight. I ended up leaving with two pairs of glasses.
