Warby Parker - Clarendon

Strolled in on a Thurs around noon to look at getting some new glasses. Was able to book an appointment for an eye exam (glasses and contacts) during my visit with only a 5 min wait. So convenient. Halley assisted with my checkout process - she was friendly and knowledgeable. I didn't get the other employee's name but she was also super helpful. The eye doc was the most enthusiastic and supportive doctor I've ever met. Love it! Overall, Warby Parker has an extremely smooth operation at this location. Will be recommending and returning.

The selection is terrific and I tried on several styles before I made my decision. The associate was attentive, thorough and professional. The price point was exactly my budget. Very comfortable, non-pressured environment.

Wonderful visit! Anna was patient and insightful - very thankful for the timely exam and thoughtful selection process 😊 Follow up: I got my glasses in the mail, and the fit was not good. The service at the shop was a whole different story when I went in for a fitting, because apparently in Virginia the optometrist has to do the fitting. I did not have time to wait at the moment as I was headed out of town (nor was the optometrist in). Still wearing the ill-fitting glasses. I will try to find another shop for the fitting. Also, the prescription was not exactly what I had requested.

The staff is amazing! Knowledgeable, friendly, patient. They answered all my questions and provided good information to assist me in my decisions. Had the pleasure of working with Anna, Hallie, Abby and Cristian. Dr Mason listen to my vision health challenges and history and answers all my concerns. I also liked the variety of choices for frames. It’s my first time using Warby Parker, and I will definitely return to this location.

Great service! Smooth process and very knowledgeable staff. Dr. Mason is great. I appreciate his knowledge, advice, and he was very straightforward. Floor staff are very helpful. The frame selection is really good. The lenses are high quality and there are no hidden fees. The cost of everything to include insurance was very transparent.
