Walked into Warby Parker and Frank and Marcella both assisted my husband and I to get sunglasses and glasses. They were both amazing and guided us very well. Will definitely come back when we need to and will always recommend them. Great customer service!
Wonderful selection and amazing prices for frames. I LOVE that they donate a pair for each pair purchased.. and the staff are wonderful. I have a very complex prescription, however, I wear prisms, and they were unable to fill it there. I purchased my frames and they sent me right down to another optician on the first floor who was able to make the lenses I need. I'd have loved it if I could have done the whole transaction, with them but they were extremely helpful
Charlie was exceptional at helping my husband and I choose frames. He is knowledgeable and professional. Shawn also gave us a lot of information and he assured with adjusting the lenses. He and Charlie were very helpful.
