Warby Parker - Ellis Preserve

I’ve been buying glasses from WP for years and was so excited to see a new shop open so close to me. I got great help from the staff picking out frames that would work for me. I love the options available. Great prices as well.

My wife and I bought regular glasses and prescription Sunglasses and our representative Helena has more knowledge than anyone we have met in the business, she recommended frames and features we loved and we cannot speak high enough about her and her customer service abilities!

The help I got picking out new frames was second to none! I wish I had asked the names of the two guys who helped, but they made it so fun! They clearly knew how to help, and also to take into account that I would be getting my first pair of progressive lenses. They even made sure the optician came out to mark where the visual fields would transition to make sure they were as good as possible. They took so much time to help me link my insurance and also use my flexible spending money. I will 1000% be back if I need anything. I had the most fun I have ever had getting new glasses - and I don't think of this as a fun activity - but they changed that! Thank you!

Jeff (manager) and his team of professionals are outstanding! Everyone I had to interact with when trying to find the right glasses to replaced my beloved 3yr old Warby Parker glasses (that I broke in half) was incredibly patient, caring and truly wanted me to be happy with my purchases. I walked in with a script and was warmly greeted by Khalil & Alyssa. They were very cordial and helpful in recommending frames. Suffice to say the frame recommeded first by Khalil was the one that I ended up buying.
