Great staff, everyone was so nice and helpful. I went in to get my glasses adjusted bc I sat on them and they were so janky. The lady who helped me was rad. Super knowledgeable, cool plugs and tattoos. Thanks for setting me up right, even gave my glasses a much needed cleanse to top it off. Also the store has some cool echo, would love to hear someone a Capella the Halo Theme song there.

I had a Great shopping experience with Ny!! She is so patient, sweet and really caring !! I am so grateful for the included extras like anti reflective etc. The extras are not covered by my insurance. I am soo Excited to finally be getting new glasses! Thank you Ny.

Excellent customer service, my issue and questions were answered by a friendly, very knowledgeable individual. She also explained exactly what would happen after I left my frames to have the lenses replaced, the timeline and that they'd ship them to me, helping me avoid another two hour drive! Visit was well worth the trip from Virginia.

I first tried WP during the pandemic, ordering online. They made the process easy and I loved the glasses I received. I've continued buying my glasses from WP since then. There is now a WP store in my area and I've been going there instead of ordering online. The staff are friendly and helpful and I like trying on the styles I've researched online.

The service and selection was excellent!!! Went in to look at replacing a pair of glasses but the young associate was perfect in help me select and fitting so I bought three pairs. Best support experience I have ever had in eyeglass purchases. To top it off the prices were so reasonable- a bargain actually!!
