Best experience! The front desk was friendly and so was the eye doctor. My 7 year old daughter needed glasses for school to see the board in class. Highly recommend this place. Cole made my daughter feel comfortable and made her experience wonderful. We had an excellent experience from start to finish. Shipping was fast. Prices are reasonable. They truly care about their customers. Very professional and knowledgeable. Great place!

10/10 experience! Staff was INCREDIBLE ! Last Monday I was at a competing “big box” chain and felt like I was being held up and robbed. Walked into this location praying for a miracle. The answer to my prayers goes by the name of Gino. I walked in, immediately greeted with a friendly smile. I gave a few guidelines for what I was looking for and he came back before I could even scan half the display wall with a stack of frames. The third pair I tried were the ones! INCREDIBLE experience! I’ve worn glasses for 25 years and this was the least stressful eyeglass experience of my life. Received my new frames yesterday, stopped by this afternoon for an adjustment. In and out in under ten minutes, tons of compliments from the rest of the staff on my frame selection. Note: I did not have an exam done here but this will be my one stop shop from now on. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

The store has so many beautiful frames, it was hard to choose. The staff was very helpful and actually picked out the frame I bought! I would definitely recommend Warby Parker to others.
