I had an amazing experience at Warby Parker thanks to Yasiris. She was incredibly professional, patient, and genuinely kind from the moment I walked in. She took the time to answer all of my questions, helped me find the perfect frames, and made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. It’s rare to come across someone who truly cares about providing outstanding customer service, but Yasiris went above and beyond. Her positive attitude, knowledge, and attention to detail made all the difference. Warby Parker is lucky to have such an exceptional employee. A huge thank you to Brad! My glasses had a difficult issue that wasn't easy to fix, but Brad stayed with it and worked through the challenge until he found a solution. His persistence, expertise, and attention to detail were truly impressive. Beyond his technical skills, Brad provided outstanding customer service. He was friendly, patient, and clearly cared about helping me. It's rare to find someone who combines such professionalism with a genuine commitment to the customer experience. I had a wonderful time at the soho store! The people were great but especially a young lady named Julia. I have been struggling with finding a good pair for a while and I stopped in to try some pairs on. It was almost like she knew what fit me better than I did. Thanks to her help I was sent on my way with better clarity and my problem solved!

Kasey did a great job showing me frame options. We narrowed it down to 4 and then enlisted opinions. I'm getting progressive lenses so we also talked about the best shape for the prescription. I ordered a pair!

I went into the Greene Street store to request an adjustment/fix for my damaged glasses. I had actually been in another store the day before but my glasses were only partially and poorly fixed, which I did not realize until I wore them that evening. The optician Teresa, who examined my glasses at the Greene Street Store patiently took the time to fix them properly. It wasn't an easy repair and somewhat risky given the damage to them and the fact that they are an older model which are no longer available. She was very friendly and professional, and I appreciated her great persistence in fixing them properly. While I was waiting for the repair, I was browsing at the frame selection and was chatting with Luiza. She was very knowledgeable and had great advice on frame suitability so much so that I selected a new pair for purchase as soon as I can get my prescription updated. I had not intended on making a purchase in the near future but with Luiza's help was able to select a frame that I love. She also helped my husband pick out a new pair as well. We have been Warby Parker fans since the beginning and our experience at the Greene Street store was refreshing and wonderful. Many thanks to Teresa and Luiza for their exemplary customer service!
