Warby Parker - Lexington

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had such a great experience picking out my new glasses! Nicole was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. She took the time to help me find frames that fit my face and matched my style, and she made the whole experience feel easy and stress-free. She answered all of my questions and never made me feel rushed. Thanks to Nicole, I found a pair of glasses that I absolutely love. Her excellent customer service made all the difference, and I highly recommend asking for her if you visit!

I had an excellent experience at Warby Parker. The optometrist who helped me (I believe his name starts with an "L" lawrence... I think and he has locs) was absolutely amazing. He helped fix my glasses and provided some of the best customer service I've experienced in a long time. Even though the store was close to closing, he never made me feel rushed. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answer all of my questions, and make sure my glasses fit perfectly. He was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely cared about helping me. Because of him, I'll definitely be returning to this location and recommending it to others. Thank you for going above and beyond!

Warby Parker Lexington is a great place to go to have your eyes checked & to be fitted with glasses. I really appreciate the friendliness & care shown to me by Dr. Jasmine Jethwa & other staff who gave me their input on glasses, etc. I will be a long-time customer due to my great experience with Warby Parker & I will spread the word to family and friends! I appreciate that Dr. Jethwa understood that I want to hold off on the more expensive precision progressive glasses until next year due to the expense. Instead, I selected distance glasses which suits me just fine for now. I am grateful to the kind staff members who gave me their input on which glasses suited me best! It's always a good idea to get a 2nd opinion!
