Warby Parker - Lynnhaven Mall

My in-store experience at Warby Parker was great. Alex was wonderful and made everything so easy. I’ve brought frames online through Warby Parker in the past and visiting the store gave me the convenience of that same experience with the adding warmth and personal touch you can only get at a brick and mortar store. I loved being able to try on different variations of the same frames, and Alex made the process of navigating insurance and other challenges so simple. Highly recommend this store.

Step into a quality experience of eyewear, I have been a fan of warby for years and this was such a great experience for my first in store visit. I had the pleasure working with Alex and Kyle and they were both fantastic. Alex took the time to check in and offer a variety of options and was able to walk me through different frame styles and suggest options for my face based on what I was after. I ultimately opted between Hector and Tobias - Tobias in seaweed green being the winner. Kyle was just as gracious with me and was an equal delight to work with as well! They were able to work with a photo of my current prescription and link the order to my online account. The ordering process was easy and painless. I can't wait to get my frames, thanks team!

While I do not yet have my glasses delivered to me, I will say my experience in store was a very good one. I had looked at the website first before coming into the store. I prefer to try on in person so I was pleased to see there was a location in the mall. I chose aviator style glasses and also ordered a pair of sunglasses as well. My insurance was accepted and I was able to get 2 pairs of glasses for a very reasonable price. The associate who I worked with was helpful, attentive, informative and respectful. He listened to my concerns and offered advice, reassurances and solutions. I appreciate being “heard.” I highly recommend visiting this store.

I had a good experience. I saw a review saying Kyle was a great associate and the reason someone continues to shop here. By chance Kyle helped me during my visit. He’s definitely an asset to Warby Parker. Very knowledgeable of their products and easy going. Helped me pick a pair of glasses close to the ones I currently wear.

What a great experience at Warby Parker Lynnhaven Mall. The associate who helped me was very friendly with excellent communication skills. She was invaluable helping me pick the best frames for my face and style. The process was easy, fast and very affordable. I’ll be back for sunglasses soon.
