Warby Parker- Market Street

I am giving a 10/10 because I had an excellent experience at the store today! One of the associates helped me resolve an issue with my defective glasses, and she was absolutely wonderful. She was very nice, knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly understanding. She took the time to listen to my concerns and made sure the issue was resolved. I truly appreciated the excellent customer service and how well I was treated. I will definitely be coming back to purchase a new pair of glasses in the future. Highly recommend!

Excellent experience at Warby Parker. I stopped in with my three small grandchildren, who were given coloring paper and markers and fruit snacks to keep them busy and to free me up to talk to the eyeglass professional, from start to finish. I was made to feel very comfortable. The style offerings and pricing was great for me as a retiree and I not only bought a primary pair of glasses but a pair of sunglasses as well. I walked into Warby Parker and was greeted by the staff who was more than helpful. The store was beautiful with many options for myself and my daughter. We both had a wonderful experience and left two very happy customers!

Absolutely angelic staff helped us today! We went in with a heartbroken team who had broken her frames at camp, and came out with beautiful, shiny new frames. We were treated with courtesy and supreme effort went into helping! Words cannot describe how grateful I am. I am telling everyone I know to shop at Warby Parker!

I had a great experience here. The optometrist was professional, thorough, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The reception staff were also warm, cheerful, and very helpful, which made the whole visit feel welcoming and easy. I would happily recommend this practice to others.
