Warby Parker - Mayfair

The total experience was awesome!! From the eye exam to working with staff to find and purchasing my glasses. A great store!! I love that they are located in Wauwatosa and that I no longer need to drive to downtown Milwaukee.

This is the first time I decided to try Warby Parker and I will be going back there for every new pair of glasses. The sales person helping me was absolutely wonderful and helping me pick out the right style and size of glasses for my face. I was so excited to have my new glasses picked out that I forgot my water bottle at the store and they had to call me to come back and get it🤣

Never stopped into a WP store before and I was super impressed with the service and overall experience. Store is beautifully laid out and well labeled. Michael assisted me and was very helpful in explaining the store and how the glasses were displayed and helped bring me about a dozen pairs of glasses to look at based on my feedback. I found a pair I liked fairly quickly (to my surprise as I can be indecisive). Purchase process was easy and I plan to buy future glasses here again. The help I received from Michael ultimately lead me to the purchase. If he hadn't, I likely would have been overwhelmed and indecisive. Kudos to the store staff experience.

Excellent experience. First time going there. Very helpful salesperson. I liked that she answered every question that I asked without making me feel bad for asking. I appreciated her calm demeanor (not pushy). Great selection also.
