I’ve purchased exclusively WP glasses for 14 years, since shopping their grand opening in NYC in 2013. For the first time ever, I had a disappointing break in a newish pair of glasses that really seemed like a defective frame. Long story short, I left the store having bought a new frame in a color I didn’t really love, pretty frustrated and pretty sure I was done with Warby Parker. Ten minutes later, the optician called me. They’d taken another look, agreed the break was unusual, and refunded the new frame. I really appreciated them taking a second look and calling me back. $95 might not be a huge amount in the grand scheme of things, but it’s real money to me, and I’m grateful. Apologies to the very nice woman who got the brunt of my disappointment. Anyway, this is why I don’t buy glasses anywhere else. They’ve never let me down.

The staff was great. Really friendly, relaxed, helpful. They let me just look around, no pressure, no sales shpeal. They were very patient and even when I almost changed my order, they didn't seem annoyed at all. I was extremely satisfied with my visit there and definitely recommend this place. I also expected there to be many hidden fees for add-ons to the glasses and was very pleasantly surprised when I was told the $95 included everything. What a great place to get glasses. Thank you.

We received excellent customer service from the moment we stepped into the store. The whole process was explained in detail including costs so that before we even tried on a pair of frames we knew what our expense would be. The sales person helped us with both fit and style suggestions. He also told us about the warranty program and contact lens purchasing program. So informative!

My boyfriend and I went to look for glasses here. We were in there for at least 20 minutes and not one person helped us! One was with a customer and the other girl was on her phone the entire time. Keep in mind there were 4 customers in the store including us. As a new customer walked into the store, the employee that was on her phone immediately greeted her and asked how she could assist her! While we were waiting to be helped. This happened on Monday June 15,2026. We will not be coming to this location, especially being someone of color!

My experience at the store was 10/10 would recomend. I found frames that I wanted to purchase, and the person helping generated the claim with the purchase I made. The shop is pretty and accessible, prices are affordable in my concept (comparing with the eye clinic I went to originally) Edit: I got my Glasses under the expected waiting time and everyone is asking me about my clip on sunglasses
