Warby Parker North Loop

I have to give this store credit. Everyone was helpful and they did an excellent job balancing my requests while also helping others in the store. All three associates helped me purchase two pairs of glasses. D’Andre was incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely cared about getting my order correct. I was clued in on options I didn’t know about and was give thorough explanations of pros and cons of the features. I appreciate everyone at this location.

Staff at the North Loop WP was genuinely amazing, knowledgeable, and patient as I tried on one million pairs. They helped me pick good styles that will fit on my head without sliding off (issue with my current pair). I am genuinely excited to get the glasses and EXTRA excited about the anti-fatigue pair I ordered, as I am a frequent reader and I didn't even know the technology existed. 10/10 customer service and experience

As always, a wonderful experience in store at Warby Parker North Loop! Their staff is friendly, smart and quick. They are also willing to give you their honest opinion about what looks good on you. They are not "selling" you a frame, they want you to be thrilled with how you look in your WP glasses!

Cece was nice and helpful. She helped me find the perfect glasses! They were a person that gave great costumer service. I love that they were apart of the LGBTQ community so it made my experience feel even more inclusive and underwhelming.

I have preferred Warby Parker for years, but the staff on Washington really make the experience even better. D’Andre helped me make an appointment since they were so booked for eye exams that I couldn’t do it online or over the phone, then was so pleasant and inviting a month later when I went in that I thought he remembered our limited interaction. NOTE: no appointment needed to go in and try on new frames. This was only for my bi-annual exam. The eye exam is done in about 30-40 minutes typically. D’Andre checked for insurance given very little information when I made the appointment, then followed up with what he’d learned in researching since then, which made me feel like he really cared to make sure I could navigate the confusing American healthcare system even in whatever limited ways he could. Then he helped me find new glasses while giving honest opinions. I have half a dozen Warby Parker glasses from over a decade of going there and have done home try-ons multiple times, but I left feeling more secure and excited about my choice than I ever have because I not only trusted his opinion, but that I could come back and find something that works better if I realize going outside my normal black square frames was too hard. But I don’t think it will be — I’m super stoked to get these new glasses. ♥️
