Warby Parker-Pentagon City

The whole staff made me feel relaxed and at home. Plus, the Doctor did a super job at putting my mind at ease, during my Dilated Eye Exam. This guy was the actual highlight of my visit. He was spectacular!! This Eye Exam visit truly was the highlight of my day. I really appreciated the efforts every staff member put forth, to make my visit a great experience never to be forgotten. Thanks you very much, to the entire staff who worked on 02-12-26!!! Great Job Guys!!!

Many thanks to the wonderful staff members Kelle, Travis, and Alexis at Warby Parker. I was looking for somewhere in the mall to get my glasses cleaned and figured I'd try Warby Parker. Upon walking in, I was greeted with a smile by the wonderful Kelle. Her customer service and knowledge were top-tier. Travis was able to make my glasses look brand new after cleaning, and Alexis was awesome in assisting me as well. These three individuals really brightened up my day, and I will definitely be back soon. Do yourself a favor and pay them a visit!

This location was able to accommodate a same day appointment request after a previous appointment at a different retailer didn't work out. The lady who scheduled my appointment was knowledgeable and answered questions about eye exam fees and even the best mall entrance door to enter to reach the location effortlessly. Once at the location, all personnel were friendly and the doctor was accommodating, knowledgeable ressurring and patient. After my eye exam, the associates helped me pick some amszing frames. All pricing was upfront with no hidden costs. My experience was a 10 out of 10, and I highly recommend them.

The entire staff was amazing! I walked in for a cleaning kit and left with two new pairs of glasses that I really like. I was guided on which frames suit my face better and my measurements were taken with care. Alexis and Roberto did an excellent job! There was also one other team member (female) that I did not catch her name, was also amazing. I highly recommend this location and Warby Parker to anyone. Service, care, and prices like this is why I will continue to return and sing this locations praises.

Me and my friends walked in and we were greeted nicely by a kind man and the elder in question was not paying attention and on her phone. As my friends and I were browsing she all of a sudden starts shadowing me and my friends. I noticed some sort of machine one table and I accidentally touched it and this bald headed black elder told me to not touch, which i immediately complied but right after I stepped away she very rudely said “Leave” and said “your kicked out” while my friends and I didn't do anything. If this is how you treat potential clients then it reflects on how you run your business. Extremely disappointing especially because I wanted to purchase multiple pairs for my family in my country. I also wanted to buy a pair of clear glasses and im really disappointed I wasn’t able too, i was really looking forward to them. :( Im not sure if she just looked at us and assumed we were just playing around because my friends and I are 18-20 and she thought we were childish but that is no way to treat a person. Will not recommend coming if you are a young person because clearly miss girl peaked a couple of dozen years ago. Below is the glasses I wanted to get but couldnt☹️☹️. I am so upset. The man was very kind and welcoming. #fireher
