Warby Parker - Shops At Arbor Lakes

Very helpful employees! They were friendly, patient, attentive, and happy to help. They spent time bringing over frames that I might like based on my personal preferences, and I bought two new pairs of glasses. Highly recommend coming here if you want help picking out styles that flatter your features! I would definitely come back to this specific location. Although I’ve been to other locations in the cities, I experienced the best customer service here.

Super friendly customer service! I bought a pair of regular glasses and sunglasses! The girl who helped me was super nice and very knowledgeable about the different types of glasses she had blue tinsel in her hair and was super helpful! Overall a good experience.
