Warby Parker - The Greene

Had a great experienece getting sunglasses for my daughter. She needed some to protect her eyes for medical reasons. Michael was very helpful and friendly. We would definitely come back. It was a great experience!

My daughter & I were visiting from Memphis and we stopped in to see if they could repair her year old Warby Parker frames. Zachery was an absolute magician! He found replacement arms that perfectly matched her rims and replaced them free of charge!! I love a company that stands behind their products. A huge thank you to Zachery and the entire team!

Ryan, in particular, went above and beyond with his customer service. He was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable, taking the time to walk me through different frame options and helping me find a pair that really fit my style and needs. What stood out the most was how attentive he was without being pushy, he genuinely seemed to care about making sure I left happy with my choice. He answered all of my questions thoroughly and made what can sometimes be a stressful decision feel effortless. Overall, the level of service I received was top-notch, and it made a lasting impression. I would highly recommend stopping by if you're looking for quality eyewear and excellent customer care.

Michael was very knowledgable and helpful in selecting glasses for my teenager and provided tops to extend the life of her glasses. The entire warty parker staff at this location remembers us and is always ready to assist whenever we come in! My favorite location! And we have been to a few and they are all so great!

The best customer service we have received anywhere for a very long time. The staff was very knowledgeable. We Walked in close to closing time and they were already waiting on customers. We both bought glasses and they didn’t rush us. We also told them to finish with the other customers and that we were in no hurry. If the glasses are as good as the service we will be set!!!
