I highly recommend this Warby Parker store. Besides all the benefits of their products, the supervisor Gillian Edwards is AWESOME! She is kind, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. I came out feeling great about my purchase and will tell everyone to 1-get Warby Parker glasses and 2-see Gillian for them.

Excellent in store experience. When I entered the store, I was promptly greeted by a young woman (I cannot recall her name). I had already researched online and knew the name of the glasses frames I wanted to physically try on, since I already did the virtual try on. She provided me with the frames, then I realized that I had forgot to request the narrow width. She and Adam, the store leader, both assisted. Adam took over at this point. We chatted for a few minutes and he agreed these frames were probably the best ones for me. He gave me a quote of $95, plus $50 if I want blue-light filtering. They also sell contacts and I could get 20% off my contacts if I buy frames and contacts from them. He gave me the quote, but I found somewhere else that could beat the price he provided. I was not ready to purchase the new glasses right away. He told me I can return to the store or just place the order online. They do not work on commission, so it doesn't matter if I place the order directly with him. He was fantastic and I appreciated him and his help very much. The other young woman was also super nice and helpful. It was a great experience.

I recently needed a pair of glasses (for the very first time) and decided to check out Warby Parker at The Point in El Segundo. They had a fantastic selection. The staff was exceptional and pricing seemed fair. I wanted to use my insurance benefit, but there were not directly associated with my insurance, however the staff completed the forms on my behalf so that my rebate will arrive via check in the mail. I would recommend this location!

My vision situation is quite complex, requiring four different glasses. The people at Warby Parker spent time helping me pick different frames and processing my extensive order. I appreciated the personalized service and am pleased that I was able to save money as well.

My first shopping experience at Warby Parker was wonderful. My out of state daughters recommended I go in to WP for new sunglasses. I usually like to take someone in with me for advice; but they assured me the employees would be friendly and helpful. And they were right! My primary concern was finding a fashionable pair of sunglasses, appropriate for my age, that fit my narrow face. The staff at WP helped me find narrow sizes quickly so I didn’t get distracted by glasses that I liked that wouldn’t fit my face. I love the pair that I bought. The price point (non-prescription) was great:right around $100 including tax. The book theme in the store is also super cute. I love books and reading; it’s a great motif for those who wear glasses. I’ll recommend WP to my husband for polarized sunglasses for golf. Lots of great looking pairs without breaking the bank. Thanks, Warby Parker!
