UPDATE: I went in for my appointment on May 19th. Amazing service yet again. Thank you for making this appointment so easy. Took my mom for her appt and ended up making an appt for myself. Excellent customer service! The lady at the front desk is a gem! Everyone is very nice and courteous overall.

Washingtonville Eye Associates is the best! Everyone is very friendly. Dr. Battiato gives an excellent eye exam. She is very knowledgeable and helpful. Helen is always so helpful picking out frames. Steven is also great with the puffer test for glaucoma. Highly recommend!

Great service only one thing I'm not happy with is the long wait to get your glasses. I understand the order is sent out but I feel 2 weeks is such a long time but the service does make up for it.

Good communication with staff. Haven't gotten my glasses yet. But the process was very easy and was affordable.

My children and I walked into a wonderful atmosphere with scented candles filling the air and a very pleasant staff. The service was quick and efficient. We will definitely continue to get our eye exams here.
