I’ve been seeing Dr. Ki at West Hills for a few years now and I continue to be very happy with the care and service. Appointments are easy to schedule and the front desk staff is much friendlier and kinder now (I used to agree with other reviews, the receptionists could be a bit icy and rude in the past, but it’s improved SO much). Dr. Ki is very knowledgeable and helpful with any questions I’ve had. I highly recommend!!

The office was very clean and welcoming. The staff was very polite and Dr Phillips was amazing. She was very polite, professional and answered any and all the questions I had. This was my first ever eye exam at 34 years old and found out I needed glasses after having very good eye sight my whole life. What could’ve been a very depressing and sad experience was the opposite of that. Definitely would recommend.

Great experience! Will be referring friends to West Hills Vision Care. Dr Katie Phillips was professional, personable and knowledgeable. The staff was also great; friendly and professional. I was very pleased and give it 5 stars!

I had a great experience at West Hills Vision Care. From the moment I walked in, all of the office staff were super friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which made the visit feel easy and stress-free. Dr. Phillips was especially patient and understanding, taking the time to explain everything and making sure I felt comfortable throughout my appointment. I truly felt listened to and cared for. I would definitely recommend West Hills Vision Care to anyone looking for excellent eye care and a great overall experience.

Dr. Phiilips and her team at West Hills is great! I have been a patient for years and always feel well taken care of. Dr. Phillips is extremely knowledgeable and the staff is attentive and friendly.
