Had a wonderful experience at Pearle Vision for my annual eye exam! The front desk staff was very welcoming. Dr. Campbell was highly thorough and took the time to explain my imaging results clearly. Eric, the optical staff was patient and helped me maximize my insurance benefits to find a great pair of glasses. Highly recommend!

Came at 1:45 on a Thursday and the doors were all locked. No sign stating be back soon or otherwise. Came to replace a broken nose pad on Saint Laurent sunglasses i had purchased elsewhere. The gentleman helping me snapped the prong where the nose pad goes and offered to put tape on them. I I understand it was an accident, I explained they were $500 dollar sunglasses. He said no they’re not, I laughed and said how much do you charge for them, he said what brand are they? Then realized what they were. Next thing out of his mouth was I’m not liable. I wasn’t expecting them to be replaced. Clearly this gentleman isn’t very knowledgeable or thought i drove here to have my glasses broken by him and try to finesse a new pair or something. Regardless, terrible experience, all I asked for was nose pads to be replaced. I should’ve just left when the door was locked in the middle of the afternoon. Now I have broken $500 dollar glasses and a clerk that didn’t know what he broke but couldn’t tell me how much they cost to replace. Won’t be back here and don’t recommend you go here either

Greeted kindly when we arrived. Very thorough appointment with Dr. Campbell. Spoke to us with knowledge and recommendations. Was not happy with the doctor we had in 2025. Dr. Campbell is outstanding, friendly and very knowledgeable.

Online let me schedule an appointment for Monday, when the office is closed. Showed up, nobody there. Called, got transferred to a foreign call center. "Sir I'm with the scheduling department, I can't tell if the office location is open today". It's unfortunate, I did actually really like Dr. Campbell, she always took the time and extra trial lenses to make sure I was very comfortable with my contacts prescription and discuss any concerns. But it seems Pearle Vision has gone the way of feeding stakeholders at the cost of patient care, feeling more and more like a cheap assembly line.

Dr Campbell was amazing! Went in for a routine eye exam. She took the time go an eye problem and symptoms I've been dealing with for 2.5 years. A condition I've been seeing specialists for, but have not been able to figure out. Told me to speak with my retinal specialist about what she found. Because she took the time to research into my symptoms, I was able to get diagnosed. Just wow! Nothing but good things to say about Dr. Campbell.
