West Point Optical Group Inside Pearle Vision

I've been to many other eye care facilities in Saginaw, but none of them really seemed to care about me and my situation. I have to say, I was a little cautious about going to Pearle Vision in the mall because of these experiences but I had a surprisingly wonderful experience here! Everyone was so accommodating and professional. I really felt like I mattered to them, and that means so much, given the lacking customer service world we live in today. These people will make you feel like family and they do an excellent job finding the prescription that is right for you.

Adam helped me pick out my glasses, I needed them for protection against the computer screen light because I was getting headaches everyday, I also needed a small prescription. Its been a week wearing my new glasses and I have not had one headache at work!! AMAZING. Also, I would have NEVER picked out glasses that looked good on me. Adam found glasses for me and I have been complimented by so many people about how they look so good, THANK YOU

I have always had great experiences with the team at Pearle Vision. The doctors and staff are very professional and helpful. They have gone above and beyond to help with contact samples, eyeglass adjustments, and opinions/guidance when I had to pick out my frames alone.

I cannot say enough positive things about Pearle Vision in Fashion Square Mall. The customer service is absolutely incredible. Adam especially made sure that I was completely satisfied with my glasses. I absolutely love my glasses and tell everyone where I got them!!!

Staff are pleasant, but they did not inform me prior to my visit that they cannot accept Blue Cross Blue Shield. Apparently this is a franchise store and the owners never signed an agreement to bill Blue Cross Blue Shield. So after 30 minutes of waiting for the manager to get approval, we were finally told there was nothing they could do for us short of me paying out of pocket instead of using my optical insurance. Would have been nice to know prior to leaving work early and pulling my daughter out of school early. In short, if you have optical insurance through Blue Cross, don't waste your time.
