Wildwood Eyecare

So far have not been able to get in for an appointment. I was told my insurance was accepted but days before my appointment young lady called and advise she did not find coverage. Spoke to my insurance, verified my coverage and called them back with details. Message was taken but no return call. Called again today to follow up, older lady answered she was rude from the beginning cutting me off and letting me know she was not the one I spoke with which I had already made clear when I said “the young lady I spoke with previously”. She took my information and said I would receive a call back. I simply asked if I would receive a call back this time since I was told this previously and she became upset cutting me off yet again saying she does not know because she did not speak with me. So at this point I don’t want an appointment. Front office is trash. I worked in healthcare for years and we were never allowed to be rude with patients especially not new patients wanting an appointment. I was even willing to pay out of pocket as I previously advised but hell no!

Wonderful practice! I've been coming here for years. Dr. Mardak is so professional and friendly. She takes great care of my eyes. Angela and Peggy are awesome too :) Thank you to everyone at Wildwood!

Dr. Mardak provides outstanding care and takes time to answer all questions thoroughly. Kayla was great with the preliminary eye tests, and Heather was extremely helpful in getting new lenses for my frames – her expertise and warm personality made the process easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Professional, friendly, and experienced staff. I felt like I was really heard when answering questions. They were upfront and honest with what pricing would be and what my insurance did and did not cover, which I greatly appreciated. Recommendations were made about my eye care and contacts but not pushed upon me. I would not buy glasses here as they were expensive even with insurance factored in. The office is a little dated and dark but very clean.

Absolutely amazing experience!! Everyone was welcoming. Dr. Tasman and Kayla were great and answered all of my questions. My appointment didn’t feel rushed at all. Heather was very patient with me while picking out glasses and helping me understand my insurance plans.
