Dr. Tullo and his staff are very professional and kind. I had an eye issue that seemed serious to me, and they arranged to see me right away. I was so grateful. Dr. Tullo spent quite a bit of time checking out my eyes and explaining my situation. He was knowledgeable and thoughtful. I appreciate all of the members in this office and have great confidence that I will be well-taken-care of during every visit.
I was referred to Dr. Tullo by another doctor for my very complicated issue. From the moment I entered the office door I was warmly welcomed by the staff. Dr. Tullo personally welcomed me and introduced himself. He had been contacted by my other doctor and was well aware of my challenging case. The techs that did the tests were very friendly and explained everything they were testing. I was examined by Dr. Chung and she was so warm, and she listened carefully and explained every option very clearly. She’s so kindhearted and interesting. What a great group of professionals! Prices are very reasonable and the service is exemplary. 👍
Overall I enjoyed excellent service. I had a very short wait until the start of my appointment. Everyone was friendly and the waiting area was clean and comfortable. When I arrived I was the only patient in the waiting area. Dr. Chung was very thorough in the exam. She listened to my history and verified details with her exam. My only quibble is, during the refraction, she didn't go back and forth between options (which is better or which is clearer, 1 or 2, A or B, without being asked, which had been my experience with other optometrists over the 40 years I've been wearing glasses. It's not always readily apparent which is better when you have only a second or two to compare. Outside of this, I have no complaints. I also spoke to John, the optician, who answered questions I had about lens options and why I didn't like my current glasses, which was very helpful. I didn't order glasses yet because I'm still shopping for a frame. I feel comfortable recommending this office to anyone looking for optometric services.
Princeton Optometry is Top Notch!! from the front desk to the doctors and the optician. Excellent frame selections like Drill mounts; Silhouette's and Lindberg's. And a variety of new trendy Metal and Plastic frames as well!
Dr Tullo not only listens, is patient and is very competent knowledge wise, he is thorough with his tests to rule out significant changes in perception. He truly cares and looks out for his patients!
