This place is convenient for the area but for new customers who are looking for a eye exam the receptionist was unable to help with a eye exam for a new customer. It may seem like a good eye place but new customers will never know due to lack of attention to a new customers needs.
Small shop seemingly run by family. The attitude of the people there is very nonchalant. I was charged a crazy price and then went back after my glasses broke to be told they cannot fix the frames and they tried to get me to buy other frames that would leave gaps in my lenses and seemed offended when I said I would have to go elsewhere. Very glad I went to another place which fitted me for glasses and took me seriously as a customer. I will not be going back to this establishment.
