The customer service here was excellent! Ray assisted my daughter and me, and he was amazing. He helped us choose our frames, explained my insurance coverage, and made the entire experience enjoyable with his friendly personality and outstanding customer service. I would definitely recommend this place.

I must say that I was truly elated with the service at this Wisconsin Vision in Tosa. I was immediately helped and was actually given assistance with finding the best frames to fit my face. I've been shopping around at many different places, and no one offered to help me pick out frames, no one. I will surely be coming back here, because the expertise and service was nothing short of absolutely fabulous. Also, the frames were fashionable, and prices were great. Thank you so very much for your assistance Tiara and Ray. Y'all are awesome.

My first experience at WI Vision was great. I visited the location on 124th and Burleigh. I was helped and seen by Justin, he's super dope and made the visit super comfortable and enjoyable. I would most definitely recommend visiting this store if you need your eyes checked and some new glasses, ask for Justin, he'll take good care of you 👍

Always a wonderful experience. Ray is the absolute best when it comes to customer care. Ray provides the best customer service and makes sure to match us with the perfect glasses. He also makes sure to go the extra mile as well. Thanks for the continuous great customer experience when it comes to updating our glasses and contacts prescription.
