7/13/2026. One of the worker in this place deliberately manipulated the schedule inorder to accomodate a person that she must know( since they were talking in their native language). We came in at 1:30 for our 1:30 appointment. This person comes In at 2pm. Then the lady worker changed the times of our appoinment to accomodate this person who was late and claiming her appoinment was 1:15. Then made our appoinment 2pm. At this time, the doctor was already behind in their sched. Took that person first ahead of us. Problem here is I believe she does not have that 1:15 appointment, the worker manipulated and moved sched around. Second, if the appoinment is at 1:15 and you came in at 2, they should forfeit your sched( 15 min grace period everywhere you go here in NYC). Last, why did that worker changed my appoinment to 2pm and wrote it on our chart. This is not how you should run a business. Blatantly wrong. I confronted her with this big allegation that she changed the schedules around- I was loud and upset. Not one word from her denying it, in fact she avoided the topic at all cost. Hiding at the back while I was hysterically talking out loud. Didn’t even apologized coz she knew I busted her. Who knows if she’s been doing this for a long time now. She just got called out for the first time. The doctor is very nice except that cheating worker. We were seen at 2:45 for a 1:30 appointment that the worker doctored to 2pm. Dishonest business practice. Its not the “waiting”, its the principle.

had an outstanding experience at Eye To Eye Vision Centers on the Upper East Side. From the moment I walked in, the staff at the front desk were warm, welcoming, and efficient. I barely had to wait before being seen — everything moved quickly and smoothly. Danny was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel completely at ease throughout the entire visit. You can tell he truly cares about his patients and takes pride in providing top-level care. The entire process — from check-in to the eye exam — was seamless and pleasant. The office is clean, well-organized, and run with real attention to detail. Honestly, everything was a 10/10. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great eye care with excellent service and a personal touch.
Dr. Ruvio the optometrist here is incredible. He is extremely knowledgeable and caring and detailed. Clearly with a lot of experience. He helped me so much in just 1 visit. He took his time and was very detailed. 10/10 would recommend.
Made an appointment 2 weeks in advanced and even called to confirm my insurance will be accepted, which they did. I showed up to my appointment and the front desk people were very rude, I told them I was there for an appointment but they ignored that and thought I was picking up a prescription, I informed them again this was my first time there and one of them put her entire hand ✋🏼 to my face and said ‘this is for someone else’ while the other told me I needed to come back and make an appointment first. I told them once again that I had an appointment to which they said they couldn’t find it yet one of them had found my appointment just a few minutes ago. With all of this disrespect, one of my them grabbed my insurance card and after 2 minutes told me she just couldn’t find my info to confirm they accepted my insurance. Given all the disrespect and unwillingness to help the customer, I decided to leave and I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go there.
Doctor is good, but you wait, and wait, and wait. I just called and asked for an appointment that won’t run an hour behind. I was told we are so busy you’re going to have to be the first or last appointment. Makes no sense even mid day appointments should run in time and be respectful of the client.
