There are no words available to say how appreciative.I am and how awesome everyone is at this.place. the doctor was fantastic, explained everything to me. The tech was very informative, even the lady. When I was checking out was super awesome and gave me so many different options and prices. Everything was spelled out for me. There was no hidden costs or anything. This is the best eye doctor establishment that I have ever been to and I will never go anywhere else again. And you Reading this should do the same.Thank you to all the people at this office.You have made my life so much easier and better.Now that I can see

Got glasses here awhile ago. I wanted to try out a "new" eye glass place, for it being close by. I'm never coming here again. For starters, my husband went to a different place and got the same pair if glasses for $200 with our insurance. I went here and had my eyes dilated and was told to pick out a pair that I like, while I cant see and my vision was blurry. I've had glasses for 25 years and NEVER had my eyes dilated while picking out glasses, *they always let me pick them our prior and then continue*. Got the exact pair my husband got and it was $500. Mind you, I've never paid over $250 for glasses with my insurance and my prescription barley changed.. The nose pieces weren't even in the right position/ one was lopsided. Whatever I paid and left. Well today they called me after I've had these glasses for a couple months, to confirm an appt i had in August that I never made.. NEVER coming here again. I rather drive the 45 minutes to my regular Eye doctor, than ever come here again.

Unbelievably disrespectful of people's time- DO NOT BOOK HERE!!! I am absolutely furious with how this office operates. They canceled my appt and didn't even bother to notify me, causing me to waste my time and money. I received zero calls, emails or text messages stating that my appt was canceled. I took unpaid time off work specifically for this eye exam and drove to my appt only to be turned away at the door. No apologies, no rescheduling. Avoid this Dr office if you value your time, they do not care about their patients.

Easy to make an appointment and the staff is very helpful and friendly. Dr. Randy is terrific! Explains things thoroughly and answers all my questions!

Top notch Practice! Expert care close to home.Dr.Chris is one of the best! have never had a bad experience in 30 years , entire staff and other Doctors are super accommodating..........
