I travel from Brooklyn just to come to ZAK Eyes because the care here is genuinely exceptional. Everyone is so accommodating, kind, and welcoming, and the medical service is always thorough, professional, and reassuring. They take their time, answer every question, and make you feel completely taken care of. Plus somehow they always have availability, a miracle in itself. Could not recommend them more.
I went to Zak for my annual eye appointment as a glasses/contacts wearer and had a great experience! From the moment I walked in, the staff was professional and welcoming. The medical assistant, Alec, was especially helpful by clearly explaining my insurance benefits and walking me through the pre-tests I was getting so I knew exactly what to expect. Dr. Kathy was equally impressive, providing a thorough examination and answering all of my questions. I highly recommend this practice for anyone looking for top-tier eye care!
Best optometrist in the heart of SoHo. Affordable for those without vision insurance. They have cool modern frames, amazing patient service and the latest technology (no need to dilate your pupils and leave blind!). Shoutout to Alec as he is super professional, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful!!! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a new home for their eyes.
I went to Zak. today for an eye exam and I couldn't be more impressed. From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm and professional and the space itself is sleek, modern & spotless. What really stood out was the incredible technology they use - it's next-level compared to any eye exam I've ever had. My optometrist took the time to explain each step, showing detailed images of my eyes and breaking down the structure in a way I'd never had explained before. It was fascinating to actually understand what's going on with my vision and eye health! I left feeling confident, cared for and genuinely educated about my eyes.
