Extremely rude receptionist. She absolutely seems like she hates being there and did not want to help me.

If there a zero star, I will choose it. Will NEVER go to Zoom Vision Care in Fremont again. I asked for adjustment of my new glass frame because it tilted to the left and it was too tight.. The first thing Steve said was my ears were not at the same height. Really??? He then adjusted the alignment per my request. But for tightness, he said he could not do anything about it. Well, this glass frame was the one he recommended. Then my wife’s new glass frame got too loose. Before Steve did anything, he asked my wife to sign a waiver form before heating/adjustment. Really???we just got our new glasses from the store one week ago. Without any hesitation, we walked out the store. And will NEVER go back again. Don’t go there!!!
The staff (the old male) is very rude and impatient to customer. Bad services of Zero Star!
The eye exam is detail and good. However, the owner requested me to do the eye exam again even though my previous glass prescription is still valid for another year. After the exam, my eyes sign is as same as last year. Then they tried to sale me very expensive glasses and didn’t want to have explanation. When I did not want that, the owner said they already used my insurance and I can’t go to other places to shop. The results is they claim my two insurances over a thousand dollars and I pay out of pocket over $400 to get a pair of blurry glasses. When I told the owner the glasses are blurry, he just said you’ll get used to it and asked me to sign off. I’m very sad and unhappy. Please don’t go there if you don’t want to waste your money and insurance coverage.
Never expected this third time to be such a bad experience! We have been waiting for a pair of glasses for the past 3 months, and we are still waiting for a NEXT week update. After numerus follow-up phone calls and store visits, we have been hearing repeated excuses, such as, on the delivery truck and should be here tomorrow; lab can not find the your frame; will call you back this afternoon; lab will ship directly to your home, etc., etc. I am now really tired of having to initiate the calls for something we paid over $300 out of pocket costs (not including insurance covered costs). If you ask me whether I will consider going back again, absolutely NOT!
