Absolutely. Satisfied with my Service I have been a client for quite sometime and this is a [ real] humble review of my personal experience. My Provider ❤️ is just awesome ! As she listens to my concerns allows ne to vent wuth no interruption s. Moreover I'm engaged in my plan if treatment we agree on steps. GOALSin my opinion are very important. When the next therapy session comes I fill her in of any positive accomplishment s even if small steps [ I personally have placed boundaries] staying far and clear from toxic bad mouth Negative mindset No thank you! I have been a patient at this practice for quite some time and have generally had positive experiences, which is why I was so disappointed by my recent visit with Dr. Matthews. From the moment she entered the room, there was no greeting, introduction, or attempt to make me feel comfortable. She did not explain what she was doing, discuss my dental health, provide any feedback about my teeth, or answer any questions. The entire appointment felt rushed and impersonal. I was simply instructed to open my mouth, the examination was performed in silence, and she left the room without any explanation or even a basic goodbye. As a patient, communication and professionalism matter. A dental appointment is not just about completing a procedure, it is also about ensuring patients understand their oral health and feel respected throughout the visit. Unfortunately, this experience lacked even the most basic level of courtesy and bedside manner. I want to be clear that my issue is not with the practice as a whole. The office staff has always been pleasant, and I have had positive experiences with other providers here. However, experiences like this can negatively impact an otherwise reputable practice. I sincerely hope this feedback is taken seriously so that future patients receive the level of communication, professionalism, and care they deserve.

The 1 star is for Karla in the mental health department. Don't waste your time. She wont return your phone calls. Clearly Karla has better things to do than her job.

Highly recommended Dr. Jose Pierre. He is an excellent and highly professional ophthalmologist.
