I have been here many years and I always have pleasant experiences. They have lots of frame selection and many brand name frames. They are nice to customers and offer free tea and coffee in waiting area. Even kids have many toys to play and get free sticker and treats. I don’t have insurance but they give me discount and help me fix glasses. My husband’s eyes are not very good but doctor has been very nice and caring for many years. I know the doctor is also involved with charity and out-reach service and help people with vision needs. They are very caring store. This This just my personal opinion. Thank You.

I was in a rush. They booked me even though it was after hours. And took care of me quickly. Had to wait for my contacts to be ordered. They arrived promptly and I was notified the same day. I didn’t pick them up till like a month later because they gave me some spares. Had a great no hassle experience. Would recommend to anyone who does not want to spend hours listening to the doctor scold you about taking care of your eyes and wants an in and out experience.
Staffs hired in the front are lacking of professional knowledge. They also do not really follow up with costumer’s concern with poor costumer service. Poor team communication within the office due to poor documentation, so they really could not follow up with you in you come back on a different day. I regretted coming here for my optical service, and I recommend Dr. Lin to hire professional staffs to improve the professionalism at the office, otherwise I don’t recommend this place at all.
Edit: A couple months back, they did make an effort to mend the situation. They refunded what I paid out of pocket And my insurance so I can go elsewhere if I wanted too but my experience still stands. They seem to assist/give better service when you can speak their language (chinese-i don't know which). Language barrier, broken English. But I wanted to give them a shot, an eye place is an place right? What can go wrong. DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO WASTE YOUR TIME! THIS PLACE IS A JOKE!! *My issue was a problem with the prescription lenses for glasses that I received from them. Granted they have tried to help me with it. This is my short version: This past month of July early August , I have been to this location 4-5 times and too many calls just for one pair of glasses! Alice (the doctor) is not even there 99.9% of the time, most of the appointments I had needed to be rescheduled because she wasn't there or not there on time for my appointment. My final appointment was over the weekend. Alice gave me an eye exam and kept saying something about my old pair of glasses. I informed her that yes these are my old glasses (many years ago) but my last prescription was a year old (contacts). She kept going on and on about them and I was trying to explain to her the problem that I had with the lenses that I received from them. (I was seeing curves when I looked at everything...like this parentheses---> ) Came out from the exam she had me put on the glasses again. She infomred me that maybe I needed to get higher index lenses, add antiflective, coating, or lower the power of my prescription. Mind you, I have never had anything like that on my other glasses Ive had. She kept wanting me to add stuff that has additional cost (but it would be no additional cost for me as she stated). I told her I don't want to add anything, I don't want to spend money since my insurance covers it (it covers a good amount already). And she kept going on and on about where the glasses are being sent to, she even showed me the invoice with the manufacturers name and the discount they got for sending it back. Lol stop wasting my time, that has nothing to do with me. I just need to know about what you're gonna do about my lenses. Fed up by this point, I said just swap it for contacts instead as the cost was the same. Of course she said if you pay a little bit we can give you the contacts. She wanted to send the glasses out again. I told her I don't want to come back , I have been here serveral times already and grabbed the glasses walked out. But came back in a second later to get the case for the glasses since my Insurance already paid them and she was still talking about sending it back to the manufacturer. DONT COME HERE, YOULL REGRET IT! This review is not my complete experience, I didn't feel like writing everything as it would be a short book. And also check out their Yelp review, it was not only me with issues at this place.
My daughter and I came this store to check my eyes last weekend. Dr. Lin was very patient and kind. She answered all of our questions. Two days later, I had more questions and I was able to speak with Dr. Lin by phone. It is a very good sore.
