The whole staff is nice and welcoming. Dr. Isquierdo and her knowledgeable assistant Hayley did an exceptional job removing a couple skin tags from my eyelid using a high frequency unit. I’m so glad they have the latest technology. After a meticulous eye exam, all was explained well regarding the health of my eyes. Always a wonderful experience.

Dr Thibodeaux, is the best. Not only is he a leader in his field but he explains everything to me, solicits and answers all my questions. His staff is also friendly and competent. I love my eye doc!
There are only superlatives in this review!! Accent Vision is a superbly run experience from the front desk and the relaxing waiting area, to the professional but friendly technicians. And Dr Thibodeaux is friendly and conversational and solidly professional and reassuring. They have an impressive array of diagnostic equipment. If you’re looking for someone to take care of your eye health this is the place.
I’ve been coming here for about a year now, and I love both optometrists who work here, and the rest of the medical staff. That aspect of my care deserves 5/5. However, at a recent appointment, I showed up only to be informed as I’m heading back for my exam that they are no longer in network with my vision insurance. It put me in a position to pay $210 out of pocket for my visit as opposed to the usual $50 copay. There was never any notice of this change from their staff — even with the multiple times they contacted me to confirm my appointment. I last saw them in December, and even then there was no mention of it. It would seem appropriate to me that they send out some sort of notice about this to all patients who may have this insurance, but they did not. That 200 dollars could’ve gone to a new pair of glasses if I had been properly informed. Fortunately, my family was able to afford this charge, but I am concerned for the welfare of other patients who go there and may not know.
I have been very happy with accent visions professionalism. Clean business and shorter waiting time when making appointments compared to others that can take 6 months to a year just to be seen. Staff are very helpful and respectful.
