Ultimate Eyecare Santa Fe

The kindest, most attentive and wonderful staff from start to finish. Literally every single person there is so incredibly wonderful I don’t even have words. I am so grateful, especially recently, for an eye emergency that occurred and for all the incredible support during all of my visits! The doctor was great and the amazing specialists who work tirelessly to ensure that we get our glasses are beyond words. I don’t know why everyone in Santa Fe isn’t coming here because it’s the best. Thank you for all that you do. Your customer service deserves way more than 5 stars.

⭐️ Very Disappointing Experience My experience with Ultimate Eyecare in Santa Fe was extremely disappointing. I found the customer service to be rude and unprofessional, and I did not feel that I was treated with the level of courtesy and respect that a customer should expect. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Ultimate Eyecare and will not be returning.

these are the most skilled and professional eye Dr I have ever seen. staff polite courteous. they do not miss anything.

Requires that you have both medical insurance and vision. My husband and I currently only have vision insurance so they wouldn’t even see us. It’s very disappointing and it doesn’t make sense to me why they have to bill two insurance companies just to give you an eye exam. It doesn’t feel they care about you, unless you’re fully covered I guess you don’t deserve to have an eye doctor.

Great place to get a new pair of glasses. The staff is kind and thoughtful. I got my eyes checked and got a new pair of glasses. The optician and ophthalmologist are more than happy to explain what I did not understand about my eyes and glasses.
