I had an excellent experience at this optometry office. From the moment I walked in, everyone was incredibly welcoming and made me feel comfortable. The staff had such a positive attitude, and they treated every patient with kindness and respect. Their customer service was outstanding—they were friendly, professional, and took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed. It's clear they genuinely care about their patients and work hard to create a pleasant experience. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for quality eye care with exceptional customer service!

I went to Access Eye to see if they could repair my glasses after my toddler snapped them in half. Not only did the kind woman in optical fix my glasses, but she also adjusted them so they fit perfectly again. Dr. Desai is tremendous. Fantastic bedside manner. Really takes time to listen to your concerns and is very knowledgeable. My wife is picky about her medical care but I spoke so highly of Dr. Desai that she scheduled herself for an exam with her. The office staff was great as well.
