Walmart Vision Center

A nice optician from the glasses side took me into the optometrist office to make an appointment and the front desk receptionist didn't even look at me, told the nice optician that she was too busy, and she went about her busy business. I had tried calling to make an appointment before and couldn't get through, which is why I tried to make an appointment in person. I'm just curious, is it common practice to be too busy to make an appointment? Or should she have politely asked me to hang on a minute then until she could get into the computer? I will tell you one thing, it's the best way to get people to take their business elsewhere and leave a shitty review.

Informed staff that progressive bifocals do not work well for me. Staff ordered them anyway. I returned them after approximately 30 seconds.

Wouldn’t help me because they were closed between 2 and 3 for lunch but it was 2:59. So I waited and then was told don’t come back until 4. All I was doing was picking up my glasses that Iv already paid for and have been waiting for a week
