The technician was amazing. So sweet and helpful answering the questions she could. The Dr was fantastic listening to us. Helping explain and comforting our concerns. The lady helping with the frames explained it all in detail so we didnt have questions. The checkout was quick and easy. Such kind souls in the office. Definitely would recommend this place to anyone.
Dr. Lemonier and his ENTIRE staff are phenomenal. We brought three new patients into their clinic and not only did they work one of us in, they got all of our exams done within an hour. Professional, compassionate, efficient and everyone was reflecting the light and love of Jesus. Such an amazing experience.
They were very attentive to detail and addressed any concerns I had. They worked hard to make sense of our complicated insurance and get us the best deal. The whole team was super helpful. Dr. Lemonier is great at what he does and very personable. We will be back!
For our first visit, we were Very pleased with the care that my husband & I received. Doctor Eli & associates were very caring & explained everything thoroughly. We definitely & highly recommend them.
I was leery about using a small eyeglass business like this and I should have known better. Wrong lenses ordered, ill fitting frames and then they shut down for a week before rectifying the problem. I will NEVER use a rinky dink company like this ever again. My advice is to steer clear. Unless you dont REALLY need glasses. Then these unprofessionals, will do just fine. They dont even deserve the one star. I give the ZERO stars.
