I love Costco! Just got their membership and credit card with opportunity to be in store 1 hour before everyone with premium access! We bought strawberries recently - they are so sweet! You can see our favorites from Costco in pictures!

Costco is the best No matter what Costco we visit Always the same great stores Highly recommend this one in Springfield, Mo
I went to Costco to order new tires for my car. The purchasing process was easy. The Costco employee took his time with me and made sure I knew what to do when I ordered on my phone. I am getting them installed on my car next week, which was really quick I thought. About 6 months ago I also bought tires for another car and they have been perfect ever since. I highly recommend them.
Very disappointed. Costco sold my elderly wife hearing aids several years ago. We told the employee at the time of purchase that we are too old to keep our membership. We don't need the stuff in warehouse quantities. She said, "you don't need a membership to get service for your purchase." Fast forward to today at the Springfield, MO store. We were told at the door that we needed a membership to get new receiver and tube for right ear. He made" an exception" and allowed us to go to the hearing center. The girl there said the same thing, but said she would fix it for $170. I said, "okay," but it was against my better judgement. "Oops, that won't work," she said, "I can't take your money without a membership." Fine, we left. I will NEVER, NEVER, NEVER return. I long for the days when the customer was the reason a business existed. Thanks, to AI and a tech savvy old man (me), I found the receiver with tube for $39.00 on Amazon. It will be here tomorrow. THE END... of Costco for this 78 year old. I again have a happy life with a happy wife.
