I loved going here. They're very thorough, very friendly and I just love the atmosphere in there. I loved how I didn't have to wait 2 or 3 weeks for my glasses. I got them the same day. I'm getting ready to switch my family over to them. I would recommend them 100%. Thank you Dr. Bryce. You've done an amazing job.
I live closer to the battlefield location. However I have been coming to the grant location for over few years and they’re very professional with smiles. They are always very helpful and answer any questions that you have. My eye Dr Kay was very nice with a warm smile and answered questions that I had. Also when picking up my glasses the staff who released my glasses had a nice smile and explained my prescription. Also asked if I had any questions. I Will stay with this location as they’re all very caring, thoughtful and professional. Thank you Heffingtons😊
I made appointments for my husband and I. We arrived early and was greeted as soon as we walked in. They got us right in. We both seen Dr. Laura Kay she was very kind and took the time we both needed. Even tho my husband has to have his eye surgery scarring taken care of we both loved our experience. And I got my glasses the next morning and my appointment was at 1. And the decor at North was so refreshing and relaxing. 10 out of 10 for us
Heffington‘s optical was able to get me in quickly as I dropped my glasses and ran over them with my car on New Year’s Day, so I called Heffington’s North on Friday to see about getting in for an appointment, they had an opening at 11:00 on Saturday. I was asked if I had insurance. I texted them the information I was told what my co-pay would be before I even arrived. I went in for my eye exam. I was greeted pleasantly at the door, gave my name, verified information, short wait for my eye exam. Quick eye exam, then given a basket for glasses I tried on and liked. Staff was great too help with the shaping of frames to my face. Due to the prescription I have my glasses will be in and ready by Wednesday or Thursday. Heffington North is just down the road from work so a quick stop to pick up. I recommend Heffington’s to anyone who wants good quality service.
Best place in town for glasses and eye care. I truly appreciate the time and sincerity Dr. Mark Axford and his staff took with me and my family. His professionalism and patience with eye care and exams is truly a blessing. These are the best pair of glasses I have ever owned. My husband agrees the same with his pair of glasses from Dr. Mark Axford also. We are truly grateful and will not go anywhere else for glasses or eye care They have a large variety of glasses . The inside is so clean and welcoming.
