Recently made my first purchase at Total Eyewear Outlet and had such a great experience! Great service, thoughtful advice and I got my glasses so much faster than I expected! Prices are a lot more reasonable than other stores as well. The designer selection is lacking compared to other stores but if you aren't looking for designer glasses, definitely check Total Eyewear! Super friendly and knowledgeable. They were able to breakdown my insurance coverage and explain coverage in an easy way for me to understand or how I could opt for a package option if the insurance route ended up being more expensive. Highly recommend!

My experience with Dr. Whitesides was incredible!! And Juliana and the other girls provided wonderful service. I had an eye exam to get new glasses. They helped me pick out glasses, And I actually let them pick my frames🤓 Everyone there provided great customer service. I would highly recommend going to Total Eyewear. I had such a great experience at Total Eyewear. The customer service is truly amazing from start to finish. They take their time to make sure your glasses fit perfectly and don’t rush you at all, which I really appreciated. You can tell they genuinely care about getting everything just right. They also offer same day glasses and sunglasses which is incredibly convenient. The whole process was smooth, easy, and honestly one of the best experiences I’ve had anywhere. If you need to go have anything and I mean ANYTHING with your eyes, then this is 100% the place to go. I previously went to another eyecare establishment (not even going to give them advertisement), and there was no comparison. Everyone was so friendly and professional. Dr. Whitesides made me feel super comfortable, was super accomadating, and did not hesitate to answer any questions I had. They clearly know their stuff. From choosing the perfect shade for my transitions and picking the correct contact lenses, to making the dilation of my eyes easier and the numerous test to ensure that there are no signs of diabetes in my eyes, this squad is Top Tier.
