Everyone was very accommodating. I love the new dr. He was very thorough and knowledgeable. Tallie was extremely attentive. The new retinal test found a problem that I wouldn't have known about otherwise. I'm grateful. And their glasses package was great. I've been coming here for years and will continue to. Thanks!
Springfields new doctor is amazing. Very thorough and polite. They ensured my health of my eyes was their priority. Highly recommend to anyone to go here. Plus the manager is very knowledgeable and helpful with insurance and breakdown communication of invoices.
I’ve been coming to AAE for several years for myself and my family. The staff are always so nice, Tallie is an awesome manager and SUPER knowledgeable when helping decide which features are appropriate for glasses. They are always so accommodating when my son’s glasses break or his lenses need replaced. Usually same day or very fast turn around. 10/10 recommend.
The ladies at All About Eyes in Springfield are always great to deal with. Very friendly, patient and professional. We have taken several families there and every visit has been wonderful.
Have went to all about eyes for years. A couple years back I bought 3 pairs of glasses from them through my HSA. I was told come back whenever I needed them adjusted. One pair was a $800 set of Maui Jim’s. I came in to see if I could get my prescription glasses readjusted as they are low on my right eye. I also asked about if they could help with the scratches on my Maui Jim’s or if they sold something I could use. I talked to a blonde haired girl with a couple nose rings (did not get her name is the only reason I’m describing that). She was not pleasant from the beginning. Looked at me like I was stupid. Told me there was nothing they could do on the Maui Jim’s (understandable bc it’s MJ’s policy). So then I asked if there was anything they had I could purchase or anything I could do. She said no and offered zero help. She was standoffish the entire time and never offered to adjust my glasses after I asked twice. The vision doctor there is very good, but the staff up front seems to go down hill year after year. I’m highly disappointed and I will be taking my business elsewhere now.
