I had a wonderful experience at America’s Best Eyeglasses! The staff was very friendly, patient, and helpful. They did a great job helping me and my daughters choose the right glasses, and we are very happy with our choices. They also had our glasses ready in less than two weeks, which was a pleasant surprise! I had such a wonderful experience at America's Best in Boynton Beach, and I have to recognize Noel for going above and beyond. I had been there about a month earlier trying to choose frames, and Noel took the time to help me find two pairs that truly fit my face and look great! He was so patient, enthusiastic, and has a great eye for what looks good. When I returned for my eye exam, Noel helped me again by explaining all of the lens options. I'm so happy with how everything turned out. He made the entire experience really great. What impressed me most was how much he genuinely cared about making sure I left happy. That kind of customer service is so rare these days. Noel is a tremendous asset to this location, and his professionalism, thoughtfulness, and positive attitude made all the difference. As a first-time patient, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The staff was welcoming, professional, and attentive. The eye exam itself was thorough and informative. The doctor took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the process. I never felt rushed. Overall, it was a smooth, positive experience from start to finish. I’m very glad I chose this practice and will definitely be returning for future care. The entire team at this America’s Best Contacts & Eye Glasses Boynton Beach, FL location is great! They are professional and knowledgeable. Marlene and Stuart were very helpful in guiding me when choosing new glasses that really met my needs. Pickup was easy as well. MiCaree made the necessary adjustments to my new glasses. This is by far the easiest and best place to buy glasses. I have been coming here for about ten years now and won't go anywhere else. Got my full eye exam with extra options and three pairs of glasses for under $200. I wish I got her name for review but the young lady with the long red hair was the nicest person to help me anywhere I've been in the last ten years. Hopefully this review makes it to management so they know not to lose someone very special. Stuart helped me with my frame purchases and was also very polite. Not too many places left in south Florida where you leave happier than when you walk in.
