America's Best

So I go to the America’s best on Causeway Boulevard I pay over $150 for glasses for me and my uncle the exams include two free frames. The day that I come to pick up my glasses I find out that they did an eye contact exam which I did not ask for after I did my eyeglasses exam, which was free because I’ve been there before. . Very disappointed because I ordered new glasses and they put it in as contacts. It is not what I asked for.. The lady with the big hair was very confrontational with me about my eyeglasses. She can’t be more frustrated than me. I’m the one who can’t see. I’m the one who came in for eyeglasses and not contacts and they did what they wanted to do. I just feel cheated.. I probably will not go to this America’s best anymore just because I don’t like people taking charge and doing what they wanna do instead of what I asked for, They even had me pick out two frames that I love but they didn’t order my glasses. It’s been over three weeks.. On top of that, even though my exam was free, they still charge me for Contacts exam.

This is a friendly and professional environment. The technicians are great, and the prices are affordable. Kudos to Ronny, he is very knowledgeable and respectful with the clients. I highly recommend getting your glasses here.

I took eye test and ordered 2 glasses, delivered to my home in VA. After 2 weeks I called to check on my order and got to know that my glasses came before night to the store. Everything was fine till then. I got a call back immediately asking have I ordered 2 glasses of same? I’m like why would I do that. I selected 2 different glasses. They said something went wrong from their side, and I have to wait for 2 more weeks to get the new one. Now its been more than 3 weeks, I couldn’t get any response from them. I hate this service. I came to FL for a small trip but unfortunately lost my glasses. If I had time, I would have never gone here.

Ashley's customer service is exceptional. I have not met a nicer or more helpful person period. I think she should get a raise if she hasn't already. I sincerely am thankful she assited me!

Stefanie the contact lens specialist is the best and she has amazing customer service skills. She is patience and understanding with each patient. I am extremely happy with the service at this location. Thank you so very much.
